Every company is required to prepare an RI&E. But are you BRZO or ARIE obligated? And do you need to comply with PGS 15, 28, 29, 30 or 31? The Action Tracking System: A plan of action

In this app, actions are formulated and linked to an owner. Both the performer and a final responsible person can be added, as well as the person who may have to verify the follow-up. The persons entered automatically receive an email and the action is linked to the RI&E section to which it applies.

The Inspection Tool: implementation of RI&E

This app gives you a checklist for each occupational health and safety topic separately to review the legal obligations from the RI&E. These can be done when you want, how often you want and by whom you want. Comments, a photo or a document can easily be attached. If you have an action, you easily link it to Action Tracking System and/or to Risk Registry for an in-depth risk assessment. You can, but don’t have to. You go as far as suits the topic and your current situation.

The Risk Registry: assessing risks and following them up

In this app, you perform the actual risk assessment for risks within the organization. These can be risks that your employees observe and want to point out, or risks that are identified through the RI&E and need further investigation. With this app you can also, for example, perform a risk assessment of a specific machine (or a more in-depth RI&E).

Dashboards & Analytics: Always insight into the numbers

In this tool you can print out various overviews and graphs to visualize the specific risks, actions and status of your company. There are several reporting options, from the entire RI&E, the status in terms of Action tracking or an overview of the compliance status.

Contact Database: Manage your employees’ access and permissions

In this tool you can print out various overviews and graphs to make visible what the specific risks, actions and In Contact Database and Application access you can add employees with access rights as far as you want. For example, do you want a specific group of employees to only be able to view without editing rights? Or that they can only view their own input? You can set this up here.
